Passionately believing yoga is for everyone, Samantha offers a fusion of yoga styles to suit her client's needs. 

Using postures and breath work, classes enhance mobility, flexibility, strength and the mind/body connection. 

Guided meditation then leads you to mental and physical relaxation. 

Classes are often themed to broaden your yogic experience and understanding with your wellbeing at the heart of the practice. 

Samantha makes yoga and meditation accessible to all with a dash of humour and a pinch of philosophy

so suitable for beginners as well as those wishing to further their yogic journey.

Wellwoman Yoga Therapy 

 

As a Wellwoman Yoga specialist, Samantha offers support for women through the transitional stages of a woman's life. She teaches and advises on Yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra for menstruation, moon phases, fertility, pregnancy, menopause and beyond...to safely and mindfully connect clients with their changing physical and emotional bodies. 

Available for 1-2-1 consultations and Wellwoman group classes

Yoga for Fertility 

Using her own personal experience of fertility issues, Samantha provides a supportive and nurturing space. So whether you are just starting out, have fertility issues or need IVF support, the benefits include:

Yoga for pregnancy and birth 

 
The heart of any yoga practice is the awareness of the link between breath, mind and body. 
This is even more noticeable during the special life stage of pregnancy as each nurturing breath connects to a new, developing being. 
Pregnancy yoga classes with Samantha include a range of adapted, comfortable postures to build strength and stability, along with yogic pelvic floor exercises to promote tone and flexibility. 
Breathing techniques also induce calm during pregnancy, birth and post natally and classes culminate with deep relaxation and healing practices.
